Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line the base of a loaf tin (23 x 14cm) with paper that comes up over the sides for easy removal
  3. Add mocha walnut butter, egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda, maple syrup and cocoa powder to Thermomix bowl
  4. Blend - 20 sec, speed 5
  5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  6. Add walnuts
  7. Combine - 7 sec, dough
  8. Spread into the loaf tin
  9. Spread into the loaf tin and bake 20 minutes or until just soft when pressed
  10. Cool and serve...or eat warm
