A super simple method to have up your sleeve to keep the family in chicken sandwiches or soups. This shredding method is the only way to shred meat!

Step preview

  1. Cut the chicken into large pieces, and place into simmering basket and insert into thermomix bowl.
  2. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  3. Cook - approx 13 min, 100°C, speed 3
  4. Check that the chicken is cooked and add a couple of minutes if necessary although the chicken should not be dry
  5. Drain the bowl of water and place the cooked chicken into the bowl
  6. Add seasoning to taste
  7. Blend - approx 4 sec, reverse speed 5 with MC on
  8. Serve as you wish
