Some things are classics. This is probably one of those! Who hasn't had a salmon pattie before? We added a quick pickle relish. And used tinned salmon.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper
  3. Place onion into the Thermomix bowl
  4. Chop with MC fitted - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  5. Then add panko breadcrumbs to the TM5 bowl
  6. Mix - approx 3 sec, speed 3
  7. Let rest - 10 min
  8. Add all remaining ingredients except the olive oil
  9. Mix - approx 10 sec, reverse speed 2
  10. Roll into patty shape and coat with panko
  11. Place on prepared trays and drizzle with the olive oil
  12. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  13. For the pickle relish combine all ingredients in a small bowl
  14. Serve patties with pickle and garnish with extra dill
