Step preview

  1. Place pork in a stasher bag along with the other ingredients
  2. Close bag and shake until pork is coated
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  4. Add water to the Thermomix bowl and set varoma into position
  5. Put stasher bag into the varoma dish
  6. Steam for 25 min, Varoma, speed 2
  7. Remove pork from the stasher bag and place onto a plate
  8. Discard juice or reserve for another use
  9. Add a little EVOO to a frying pan
  10. Brown the steamed pork fillet for a couple minutes until evenly browned
  11. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing
  12. Place cabbage, spring onions and almonds into a large bowl
  13. Toss to combine
  14. Mix together remaining ingredients in a small bowl to combine, pour over salad
  15. Add sliced pork and crispy noodles just before serving
  16. Garnish with additional chili slices if desired
