- Pre-heat oven - 199°C
- Grease a clean square pan then set aside
- Add unsalted butter to a clean small bowl
- Heat slowly until melted then set aside - Power Level 5
- Add coarse cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder to a clean large mixing bowl
- Blend until well combined then set aside
- Add plain yogurt and honey to a clean medium bowl
- Transfer content of small bowl to wet ingredients
- Add egg to a clean small bowl
- Beat until just blended
- Transfer eggs to wet ingredients
- Whisk until well blended
- Transfer wet ingredients to dry ingredients
- Stir gently until just combined
- Transfer batter to square pan
- Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 199°C, middle rack
- Remove carefully
- Cut
