Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C, Convection bake
  2. In a medium bowl add breadcrumbs, grated gruyere, melted butter and season with salt and pepper
  3. Mix with your hands to combine to make sure everything is mixed well
  4. In a medium oven proof baking dish add the two jars of tomato sauce in a layer on the bottom
  5. Add the cod portions in a layer on top of the tomato sauce, season the cod with salt and pepper
  6. Generously layer the breadcrumb and cheese mix on top of the cod
  7. Transfer the dish to your oven and bake for 25 mins
  8. Serve just as is, with a green salad or potatoes
