Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C, Convection bake
  2. In a medium deep baking tray add chopped red onion, cherry tomatoes, chorizo and pour over the 500g of red wine
  3. Add chicken legs and breast on top, skin side up, and drizzle skin with oil and season with salt and pepper
  4. Bake in Panasonic 4-in-1 for 25-30 mins or until chicken juices run clear
  5. Once chicken is cooked remove from sauce and let rest on a plate for 10 mins.
  6. Return red wine sauce to oven and let cook for a further 10 mins
  7. After 10 mins return chicken to the sauce either off the bone, or on the bone
  8. Serve as is, over mashed/boiled potatoes or quinoa
