Step preview

  1. In a bowl mash ripe banana very well with a fork until their is little to no lumps left
  2. Whisk in an egg and mix very well
  3. Add in oats, almond flour, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and butter and combine together well
  4. Add in nut of choice and raisins and combine
  5. Grease a large mug with some butter or oil
  6. Fill mug half way with banana nut mixture
  7. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar
  8. Place Mug in the Microwave
  9. Carefully remove from microwave and let cool slightly or fully before eating
