Step preview

  1. In a microwave safe large bowl add diced onions, with crushed garlic and olive oil
  2. Soften onions in Panasonic 4-in-1 oven
  3. Once onions are soft add finely chopped anchovy fillets and pancetta
  4. Return bowl to the Panasonic 4-in1 oven and microwave until pancetta becomes crispy
  5. Remove bowl from panasonic 4-in-1 add 1 tin of tomatoes and mix well to combine
  6. Set sauce to the side while you par cook the penne pasta
  7. In a large microwave safe bowl add uncooked penne with salted boiling water
  8. Par cook the penne in the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven
  9. Drain the pasta reserving 1.5 cups of pasta water
  10. Add the par cooked pasta to the tomato sauce with 1.5 cups of pasta water, mix well and place a microwave safe lid/plate on top
  11. Finish cooking pasta in the sauce, in the Panasonic 4-in-1
  12. Once pasta is cooked remove from microwave, stir in espelette, torn basil and grated parmesan
  13. Serve with some more grated parmesan on top and serve immediately
