Step preview

  1. In a large microwave safe bowl add all the ingredients for the stewed fruits and mix together
  2. Transfer fruits to the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven and microwave for 8-10 min
  3. When fruits are ready add oats and liquid to a new heatproof bowl
  4. Transfer bowl to microwave and heat on low for 4 mins stopping half way through to stir
  5. Stir oats and return to microwave until you get the creamy consistency desired, add a drop more milk if it has dried out too quickly
  6. While oats are cooking mix mascarpone and yogurt together
  7. Serve oats with a generous scoop of fruits, mascarpone and toasted almond flakes
