Another buttery, lemony, garlicy fish dish - this time with Salmon. This is probably my favourite fish dinner. A nice treat to have on a Friday, and as the chips are done in the oven, it's a little bit easier on the tummy. Enjoy!

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Bake a clean baking sheet until warm - 2 min, 220°C
  3. Get a clean cutting board
  4. Add potato to the cutting board
  5. Cut
  6. Pat dry with paper towels
  7. Transfer potatoes to large mixing bowl
  8. Add olive oil, sunflower oil and sea salt to the potatoes
  9. Toss until coated
  10. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet
  11. Bake - 20 min, 220°C
  12. Toss gently
  13. Bake until golden brown - approx 20 min, 220°C
  14. Add salmon filet, white wine, lemon, garlic clove, butter and lemon to a clean baking dish
  15. Bake - 20 min, 220°C
  16. Serve
