Step preview

  1. Add flaxseed to a DRY TM bowl
  2. Grind with MC in place till a fine powder speed 9 for approx 20-30 seconds
  3. Add water
  4. Mix together speed 4 for 20-30 seconds scraping down the bowl to make sure it's completely combined
  5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  6. Pour into a bowl
  7. For best results let it stand for 10 minutes but it can be used immediately
  8. Keeps for 3 days in the fridge
