Festive Aperol Spritz - frozen!

  • Aperol icon
    Aperol
    200 ml

Step preview

  1. Place sugar in TC bowl
  2. Mill 10 seconds, speed 9
  3. Add wine, juice and Aperol
  4. Mix for 10 seconds, speed 4
  5. Transfer to shallow container and freeze
  6. Once frozen and ready to serve, cut mixture into chunks and place in TM bowl
  7. Mix for 30 seconds, speed 6
  8. Transfer to martini glasses, wine glasses or tumblers
  9. Garnish with orange wedge, mint or edible flowers
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
