Step preview

  1. Blitz burger bun into breadcrumbs
  2. Dice the salmon fillet into small pieces
  3. Add chopped salmon to a large bowl
  4. Add green onions, egg, sriracha, lime zest, salt & pepper
  5. In a separate bowl, mash cooked potato with a fork
  6. Add mashed potato to salmon mix and mix well to combine
  7. Form mixture into small burgers, roughly 1/2 an inch thick and 2 inches wide
  8. Add flour to a small bowl and gently coat each fishcake in a light coating of flour
  9. Press the blitzed breadcrumbs into each floured fishcake
  10. Grease the air fryer basket with some oil using a pastry brush or oil spray
  11. Lightly oil each side of the fishcake with either a spray oil or a pastry brush
  12. Arrange the fishcakes in the air fryer basket
  13. Air fry for 17-20 min
  14. Serve with some sweet chilli sauce
