Step preview

  1. Break cauliflower into small florets
  2. Add Cauliflower florets to a large bowl and drizzle a small amount of oil to lightly coat
  3. Using a spray or pastry brush lightly oil the air fryer basket and leave to the side
  4. In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, panko, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt
  5. In a separate bowl whisk one egg with a pinch of salt and pepper
  6. Now to get dipping, one by one dip cauliflower florets first into the egg and then press the breadcrumb mix into each floret
  7. Once all cauliflower is coated in breadcrumbs add the cauliflower in a single layer to the oiled air fryer basket
  8. Place the air fryer basket into the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven and air fry for 10 mins
  9. After 10 mins turn each piece of cauliflower
  10. Return to Panasonic 4-in-1 oven to air fry for a further 10 mins
  11. When timer is up, add cauliflower to a serving plate, generously sprinkle with green onions, sesame seeds and drizzle with sriracha and maple syrup
  12. Serve immediately
