Step preview

  1. Add water
  2. Bring to the boil for 9 mins/100/speed 1
  3. Once boiled, add the pasta through the hole in the lid
  4. Cook for 8 mins/100/reverse/speed 1 until al dente - keep the measuring cap off whilst it's cooking
  5. Once pasta is cooked, drain and keep warm in serving dish or in your Thermosaver
  6. Place cheese into TM bowl
  7. Grate for 10 sec / speed 9 and set aside
  8. Place garlic and oil into TM bowl
  9. Chop with MC in place for 3 sec / speed 8
  10. Add spring onions
  11. Sauté for 4 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / MC off
  12. Add stock, wine and asparagus (bottom ends)
  13. Cook 3 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse / MC off
  14. Add cream, capers, remaining asparagus, cheese, pepper and dill
  15. Cook for 5 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse / MC off
  16. Stir through avocado and salmon with aid of spatula
  17. Add pasta and stir through the sauce
  18. Serve and enjoy!
