These chicken quesadillas are a firm family favourite. They are quick and easy to whip up and all in your Panasonic 4-in-1 oven

Ingredients

- 200 g

- Flour tortilla

Step preview
- Add your chicken to a chopping board and cut into 2 cm chunks
- Add the cut chicken to a microwave safe dish
- Cut the onion and red pepper into slices
- Add the sliced vegetables to the chicken
- Add smoked paprika, chipotle, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper and olive oil to the chicken and vegetables
- Mix well to get everything coated in the spices
- Place a microwave safe plate or lid on top of the dish and microwave for 8 mins on high
- When timer is up, carefully remove the chicken from the microwave and test the chicken to make sure it is cooked all the way through
- Add 25 g of cheese to one half of one of the tortillas
- Add 1/4 of the chicken mix on top of the cheese on one half of the tortilla
- Add another 25 g of cheese on top of the chicken
- Fold the tortilla in half
- Repeat with remaining tortillas
- Lightly oil the air fryer basket
- Lightly oil each side of the folded tortillas and add them to the air fryer basket
- Air fry for 8 mins
- Flip and airfry for a further 5 mins
- Serve with sour cream, avocado slices and lime wedges
