  1. Peel & quarter onion and place in Thermomix with garlic
  2. Chop with MC in place 3 seconds / speed 5
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Add oil
  5. Cook 3 minutes / 100 degrees / Speed 1
  6. Add vegetables
  7. Cook 15 minutes / 100 degrees / speed 1
  8. Add tomatoes and stock, salt and pepper
  9. Cook 10 minutes / 100 degrees / speed 1
  10. Blend with MC in place 1 minute /speed 10
