  1. In a mixing bowl, crack in the eggs
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes, ham, cheese, onion, spinach and milk
  3. Season with salt and pepper and whisk to combine
  4. Grease a small or medium microwave-safe dish with some butter
  5. Add the egg mixture to the buttered dish
  6. Cook on Combo 1 for 10 mins
  7. Let cool for 2 mins
  8. Cut into 2-4 pieces and enjoy immediately or let cool and place in the fridge for up to 4 days
