Step preview

  1. Turn the Instant Pot on Sauté mode
  2. Melt butter, add oil, garlic and shallots
  3. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant
  4. Add wine
  5. Cook until reduced (3 mins)
  6. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper and pepper flakes
  7. Sprinkle with fresh lemon
  8. Continue to sauté until shrimp is well coated
  9. Remove shrimp from pot and add in chicken stock and pasta
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook, High for 3 minutes, then quick-release the pressure
  12. Open the Instant Pot, add capers (optional) and stir
  13. Season with fresh parsley and serve with fresh parmigiana cheese
