Step preview

  1. Add your ripe bananas to a plate
  2. Leave the skin on the banana and cut the banana in half, lengthways
  3. Squeeze some lemon juice over the length of each banana slice
  4. Add the banana slices to the air fryer basket skin side down
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of the brown sugar to each banana slice
  6. Air fry for 14 mins
  7. Serve the bananas in the skin with a spoonful of cream, crushed pecans and anything else you desire
