Tender slow cooked pork, braised in beer rather than lard. Perfect for tacos with salsa fresca, shredded cabbage, and lime–or on its own with rice and beans! When preparing the pork shoulder for cooking, we removed the skin and sliced it into pieces, then cooked them in a 200º C / 390º F oven for about 15 minutes, until crispy. Then, we stirred in the crackling bits later to add a nice crunch!
