Step preview

  1. Add onion to a clean large saucepan
  2. Sauté - approx 5 min
  3. Add apple, ginger, black peppercorns, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, bay leaves, cinnamon stick and cloves to the large saucepan
  4. Heat gently until dissolved
  5. Simmer gently until soft - 25 min
  6. Add cranberries to the large saucepan
  7. Cook until soft - 10 min
  8. Let cool
  9. Remove with slotted spoon
  10. Transfer content of large saucepan to jar
  11. Leave large saucepan in fridge
