Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 160°C
- Grease a clean loaf pan
- Add unsalted butter to a clean small glass bowl
- Melt in microwave then set aside
- Add banana, egg, greek yogurt and dark brown sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
- Transfer content of small glass bowl to dough
- Mix until well combined
- Add all purpose flour, baking powder, pecan halves and ground cinnamon to the dough
- Fold together until combined
- Transfer dough to loaf pan
- Bake until skewer tests clean - 55 min, 160°C
- Let cool
