Step preview

  1. In a bowl combine the ricotta, sundried tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper
  2. Leave to the side as you prepare your chicken breasts
  3. Place your chicken breasts on a cutting board
  4. Using a sharp knife cut a slit along the side of chicken breasts to make a pocket
  5. Using a spoon, spoon the ricotta mixture into the slits you created
  6. Now, using your bacon wrap 3-5 pieces of streaky bacon around your stuffed chicken breast making sure to cover the chicken in bacon
  7. Grease the Crispy Pot with some oil
  8. Place the Crispy Pot in the microwave without the lid
  9. Microwave on high for 5 mins to preheat
  10. Add the chicken breasts to your preheated Crispy Pot
  11. Place the lid on top and microwave on high for 7 mins
  12. Turn the chicken breast and microwave on high for a further 7 mins
  13. Serve hot with your favourite side
