Step preview

  1. Add the oil and leeks to the Crispy Pot and season with some salt
  2. Place the lid on top
  3. Microwave on high for 3 mins
  4. Add the diced chicken, garlic and ginger to the Crispy Pot and mix to combine
  5. Place the lid on top and microwave on high for 4 mins
  6. Remove the lid, add the beaten eggs and mix well
  7. Add the peas and cooked rice and mix to combine
  8. Replace the lid and microwave on high for 4 mins
  9. Mix well and microwave on high for a further 3 mins
  10. Remove the lid and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped scallions and rice vinegar
  11. Mix to combine and serve with some chili oil drizzled on top
