  1. Add egg, egg yolk, water, honey and vegetable oil to a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Combine
  3. Add all purpose flour, sugar, kosher salt and active dried yeast to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to stand mixer bowl
  5. Mix slowly until smooth - approx 10 min, dough hook
  6. Transfer content of stand mixer bowl to lightly floured surface
  7. Knead until elastic - approx 3 min
  8. Form into balls
  9. Coat vegetable oil with the lightly floured surface
  10. Transfer content of lightly floured surface to large mixing bowl and cover
  11. Let rise until doubled and fold in - approx 1 hr 30 min
  12. Let rise until doubled - approx 1 hr 30 min
  13. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to lightly floured surface
  14. Cut into eighths and cover
  15. Let rest - approx 15 min
  16. Roll into strips
  17. Fold together
  18. Add egg to a clean small bowl
  19. Prepare
  20. Cover
  21. Let rise until doubled - approx 2 hr
  22. Pre-heat oven then reduce heat - 190°C, middle rack
  23. Bake - approx 40 min, 160°C
  24. Let cool onto cooling rack - approx 1 hr
