Step preview

  1. Add the diced onion to your glass baking dish with a glug of olive oil
  2. Microwave on high for 2.5 mins to soften the onions
  3. Cut the chicken breast into 1inch pieces and add them to the softened onions
  4. Add the broccoli florets, crushed garlic, can of soup and cream to the chicken and onions
  5. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine
  6. To a mixing bowl add the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, melted butter and salt and pepper
  7. Mix to combine
  8. Add the bread crumb crumble on top of the chicken and broccoli mixture
  9. Cook on combo 1 for 25 mins
  10. Remove from the Panasonic 4-in-1 Oven and let sit for 5 mins
  11. Serve hot or freeze leftovers for later use
