- Sourdough bread
- 1 slice

- 700 ml

- Egg
- 2

- Butter
- as needed

- Avocado
- ½

- Lime
- ¼

Step preview
- Place the crispy pot into the Panasonic 4-in-1 Oven
- While the Crispy Pot is in the microwave, add 700ml of boiling water to the Crispy Pot and season the water with salt
- Gently crack two eggs into the water, getting as close to the water as possible when dropping the eggs in
- Add the lid on top
- Microwave on high for 2 mins
- Carefully remove the Crispy Pot from the microwave and let sit for 30 seconds
- Using a spatula remove the poached eggs and place them on some kitchen paper to drain
- Butter your sourdough, add the avocado with a squeeze of lime, place the poached eggs on top
- Season with salt and pepper; optionally crumble over some feta cheese and top with hot sauce
