These creamy pork chops are done in just over 10 mins. Delicious and full of flavour. Serve over some buttery mashed or baked potatoes to soak up all that good sauce

- 500 g

- 1 tablespoon

- Brandy
- 3 tablespoons

- Heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons

- Wholegrain mustard
- 2 teaspoons

Step preview
- Pat dry the pork chops and season both sides with salt and pepper
- Add oil to the Crispy Pot
- Heat in the microwave without the lid for 5 mins
- Carefully add the pork chops to the hot Crispy Pot, add the lid on top and microwave on high for 3.5 mins
- Flip the pork chops, replace the lid and microwave for a further 3.5 mins
- Remove the chops and set on a plate to rest
- Add the apples and onions to the crispy pot, mix, replace the lid and microwave on high for 2.5 mins
- Remove the lid and add the brandy
- Microwave on high without the lid for 1.5 mins
- Add the cream and mustard to the onions and apples and mix well
- Microwave without the lid on high for 1.5 mins
- Remove the crispy pot from the microwave
- Add the pork chops to the sauce and flip to get covered in sauce
- Serve the chops and sauce over some buttery mashed potatoes
