  1. Add the mushroom slices, oil and salt to a microwave-safe dish and mix well to combine
  2. Cook on Combo 1 for 4 minutes
  3. Remove the dish from the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven and add the cream cheese and garlic
  4. Mix to combine
  5. Cook on Combo 1 for 2 more minutes
  6. Pour the mushrooms and all the creamy sauce over a slice of toasted sourdough, season with salt and pepper and enjoy straight away
