Step preview

  1. Add the pork, chilli, garlic, ginger, salt and hoisin sauce to a mixing bowl and mix until just combined
  2. Spread the pork mixture onto the enamel tray in an even layer
  3. Place the enemal tray onto the wire rack and broil for 6 minutes on Broil 1
  4. Carefully remove the enamel tray and break the pork up into smaller pieces using a spatula
  5. Return the tray to the wire rack and broil on Broil 1 for 5 minutes
  6. Mix well and broil for a further 5 minute on Broil 1
  7. Mix the shredded cabbage into the cooked pork mixture
  8. Spoon the pork mixture into some lettuce cups, sprinkle with scallions and serve with some hoisin sauce on the side if needed
