Step preview

  1. To your dish add the pear, sugar, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla
  2. Mix well to coat the pear
  3. In a mixing bowl add the flour, oats, sugar, ginger and butter cubes
  4. Using your hands rub the butter into the flour oat mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs
  5. Mix the pecan halves into crumble mix
  6. Add the crumble over the pears in an even layer and using your hands gently press the crumble mix into the dish
  7. Place the dish onto the wire rack and cook on Combo 1 for 25 mins
  8. Serve warm with custard or ice-cream
