Step preview

  1. Add the chocolate to a microwave safe mug
  2. Microwave on High for 45 seconds
  3. Mix and microwave on High for a further 20-30 seconds until the chocolate is melted
  4. Using a small whisk or fork whisk the cream into the melted chocolate to form a thick ganache
  5. Whisk the milk into the chocolate ganache adding a small bit at a time. Fill the cup with milk until there is 1inch at the top of the cup exposed
  6. Microwave on High for 45 seconds
  7. Whisk well
  8. Microwave on High for a further 30 seconds watching to make sure the milk does not boil over
  9. Carefully remove the cup and add the whipped cream on top, mini marshmallows and a pinch of cinnamon
