Step preview

  1. To a microwave safe dish add the white chocolate, cream and butter
  2. Microwave on High for 45 seconds
  3. Mix
  4. Microwave for a further 45 seconds
  5. Mix
  6. Microwave for a further 30 seconds
  7. Whisk in the vanilla and salt
  8. Let the mixture cool, then cover it and place in the fridge over night to set
  9. Add the almonds to the enamel tray
  10. Place the tray on the wire rack and broil on high for 5 mins
  11. Mix and broil for a further 2-5 mins or until the almonds are golden
  12. Let the almonds cool
  13. Using a teaspoon put out some white chocolate ganache, add an almond to the middle and roll the truffle into a ball
  14. Place the truffles onto some parchement paper
  15. Once all truffles are formed cool the truffles in the freezer for 1 hour
  16. Melt your chocolate of choice in a microwave safe bowl in the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven
  17. Dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, add them to some parchment paper and sprinkle with coconut
  18. Store the truffles in an air tight container in the fridge until ready to enjoy
  19. Once the chocolate has set add them to a gift box with some festive paper and store in the fridge
