Step preview

  1. Add the beetroot wedges and hazelnuts to the enamel tray
  2. Drizzle everything with the honey and then drizzle with the balsamic reduction
  3. Season with some salt and pepper
  4. Place the enamel tray onto the wire rack
  5. Broil on High (Broil 1) for 10 mins
  6. Mix and broil on High for a further 5 mins
  7. Add the warm beetroot to a serving dish and scrape any of the sauce left on the enamel tray to drizzle over the beetroot
  8. Crumble the feta cheese over the dish and serve warm
