Step preview

  1. To a bowl whisk together the egg, milk, sugar, vanilla and orange zest
  2. Add the chocolate chips and torn bread and mix well
  3. Add all the contents to a large microwave safe mug
  4. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top of the soaked bread
  5. Microwave on High for 1 min
  6. Microwave on High for a further 15-20 seconds
  7. Enjoy warm with cream or ice-cream
