Step preview

  1. Add sweet potato, bread flour, salt, sugar, active dried yeast and water to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix then set aside
  3. Add unsalted butter to a clean small bowl
  4. Melt in microwave
  5. Transfer butter to the dough
  6. Knead until elastic with dough hook
  7. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Transfer bowl to the greased large mixing bowl and cover
  9. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  10. Grease a clean loaf pan
  11. Turn out the risen dough onto a lightly floured surface
  12. Flatten the dough
  13. Add light brown sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl and continue mixing
  14. Sprinkle dough with cinnamon sugar
  15. Roll the dough from short edge
  16. Carefully transfer to greased loaf pan and cover
  17. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  18. Pre-heat oven to 174 degrees celcius
  19. Brush with unsalted butter
  20. Bake until golden brown
  21. Let cool
  22. Enjoy!
