Baked cherry and almond doughnuts with a delicious glaze.

- 140 g

- Vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons

- 100 ml

- Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon

- Almond extract
- 1 teaspoon

- Glace cherries
- 20

- Powdered sugar
- 150 g

- Milk
- 5 tablespoons

- Flaked almonds

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Grease 2 clean mini doughnut pans
- Add all purpose flour, caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
- Stir until combined
- Add egg, greek yogurt, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract and almond extract to the batter
- Stir gently until just combined
- Transfer batter to large resealable plastic bag
- Pipe batter onto 2 mini doughnut pans
- Sprinkle with glace cherries
- Bake until light golden - 12 min, 180°C
- Let cool
- Add powdered sugar and milk to a clean large mixing bowl
- Stir
- Add milk to the glaze slowly while whisking
- Dip dough balls into glaze
- Decorate with glace cherries
- Sprinkle with flaked almonds
