Step preview

  1. Add bread flour, salt and active dried yeast to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix briefly until just blended
  3. Add water
  4. Mix until dough forms
  5. Knead on lightly-floured surface - 5 min
  6. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap
  7. Let rise until doubled - 5 hr
  8. Turn out on lightly-floured surface and shape
  9. Roll
  10. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  11. Cover with kitchen towel
  12. Let rise - 1 hr
  13. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  14. Prepare
  15. Bake - 25 min, 200°C
  16. Let cool
