Step preview
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add bread flour, quick-rise yeast, sugar, salt, water, olive oil, fresh sage, fresh thyme, fresh basil leaves and fresh oregano to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
- Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr 30 min, 30°C
- Dust a clean work surface with all purpose flour and gently transfer the wet dough to the floured work top
- Dust some of the flour on top of the dough before covering with a tea towel
- Let rest for 5 min
- Divide the rectangle of dough into three triangles
- Grease a baking tray, you may need to use two trays
- Transfer fougasses to the baking pan and cover
- Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
- Pre-heat oven - 220°C
- Sprinkle the bread with a pinch of sea salt before baking
- Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 220°C
- Serve
