Step preview
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add brown sugar, butter, sugar, all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and egg to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Blend with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 12
- Then add chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
- Blend with filler cap removed - 5 sec, speed 12
- Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
- Roll into a log
- Wrap with plastic wrap
- Chill in fridge - 1 hr
- Pre-heat oven - 160°C
- Slice
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
- Transfer content of work surface to baking sheet
- Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 160°C
- Transfer onto cooling rack
- Serve
