Step preview

  1. Add chicken breast to a clean cutting board
  2. Slice lengthwise
  3. Transfer content of cutting board to baking dish
  4. Add mango chutney, honey, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, tabasco, red wine vinegar and wholegrain mustard to a clean medium bowl
  5. Season with salt & pepper
  6. Mix until well combined
  7. Add the sauce to chicken
  8. Toss until well combined
  9. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  10. Bake until crispy - approx 20 min, 220°C
  11. Remove and Let Cool
  12. Serve immediately
