Step preview

  1. Add short grain rice and water to a clean large saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Simmer
  3. Let rest then fluff with a fork - 10 min
  4. Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce and white wine vinegar to a clean small bowl
  5. Mix with tablespoon until completely mixed
  6. Add vegetable oil to a clean frying pan
  7. Heat - high heat
  8. Add garlic clove, ginger and fresh chili to the frying pan
  9. Fry in frying pan - approx 10 sec, high heat
  10. Add pork tenderloin to the stir fry
  11. Fry while stirring occasionally - approx 3 min, high heat
  12. Remove with slotted spoon then set aside
  13. Add sugar snap peas and broccoli to the stir fry
  14. Cook in frying pan - approx 1 min
  15. Add water to the stir fry
  16. Cook in frying pan - approx 1 min
  17. Return the fried pork to the stir fry pan
  18. Transfer sauce to stir fry and mix
  19. Cook in frying pan until heated through
  20. Transfer rice to 2 medium bowls
  21. Transfer stir fry to 2 medium bowls
  22. Serve immediately
