Step preview

  1. Add sweet potato and onion to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Combine
  3. Add egg and sea salt to a clean small bowl
  4. Beat
  5. Transfer content of small bowl to mixture
  6. Combine well
  7. Add coconut oil to a clean frying pan
  8. Heat - medium heat
  9. Transfer mixture to frying pan bit by bit
  10. Fry each side until browned - approx 3 min
  11. Remove
  12. Serve
