Step preview

  1. Add strawberries, sugar and water to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat until boiling
  3. Simmer until thickened - 10 min, low heat
  4. Let cool
  5. Replace on Drop Scale
  6. Add lemon to the saucepan
  7. Blend briefly
  8. Transfer to popsicle mold
  9. Freeze until firm
