Step preview

  1. Add frozen peas, single cream and unsalted butter to the TM bowl
  2. Cook - 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
  3. Purée with MC on - 15 sec, speed 7
  4. Meanwhile, brush each slice of the baguette with olive oil
  5. Heat a grill pan on high
  6. Toast each side of the bread
  7. Rub garlic clove onto the bread
  8. Spoon purée onto bread
  9. Top with cheese of choice
  10. Garnish with fresh thyme
