Step preview
- Add green beans and asparagus to the varoma dish
- Add egg to the simmering basket and insert into Thermomix bowl
- Add water to the TM bowl
- Cook - 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
- Set Varoma into position and steam 11 min, Varoma, speed 2
- Place the veggies straight into an ice bath so they keep their bright green colour
- Cool, peel and slice eggs
- Drain, clean and dry TM bowl
- Add mayonnaise, lime, pink Himalayan salt flakes, black pepper and avocado
- Blend with MC on - 20 sec, speed 7
- Place all salad ingredients onto a large platter
- Drizzle over salad and garnish with additional parsley leaves
