Step preview

- Heat - approx 2 min, 37°C, speed 2
- Then add bread flour, sea salt, sugar and baking powder to the TM5 bowl
- Knead - approx 3 min, dough
- Grease a clean large mixing bowl
- Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large mixing bowl
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap
- Let rise - approx 2 hr

- Pre-heat a clean pizza stone oven
- Flour a clean work surface
- Transfer dough to work surface
- Knead until smooth - approx 10 min
- Divide with dough scraper
- Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick

- Bake - 6 min, 200°C
