Step preview

  1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl
  2. Blend with MC fitted - approx 30 sec, speed 8
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Press into airtight container, drizzle with additional EVOO and refrigerate for a few days so that the flavour develops
  5. Serve with crudités, crackers or melba toast
